Experiencing Victory and Freedom!

Psalms 37:1-8 NKJV Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord , and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord , And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord , Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday. Rest in the Lord , and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret— it only causes harm.
Biblical keys to experiencing the freedom and victory of God while in the midst of a difficult season of life.
Do not fret -Don’t focus on your haters, circumstances or what you see around you.
Do not be envious or jealous– God is in control keep your eyes on Him and His promises.
Trust in the Lord– God is about to bring breakthrough, healing, victory and freedom. Lean not into your own understanding. Keep plowing. Keep believing. God is about bring it to pass.
Do good & Feed on His faithfulness– God is a good Father. He is faithful. He has promised to never, leave, fail or forsake you. Remember the times He has been faithful to you and your family in the past. He did it then and will do it again.
Delight yourself in the Lord – Abide in the Lord, remain in His word, remain in His presence. Do this and He will give you the desires of your heart. The key to this our heart must become one with the heart of the Father. This only happens by remaining, abiding in His presence.
Commit your way/ every area of your life to God. If you confess Jesus as Lord of your life. Submit to Him as Lord. Honor Him as Lord. Surrender to Him as Lord.
Rest in the Lord. Learn to slow down.  Rest in Jesus. Rest in His love, grace, and mercy.
Cease from anger. God calls us to be slow to anger, quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger because the anger of man does not and will not work the righteousness of God. God give us two ears one mouth. You should listen twice as much as you speak. Listen to the I love you of God’s word. Don’t soak in anger. Soak in God’s Word.
I believe it is also worth mentioning that do not fret is mentioned three times in eight verses. To trust God is mentioned twice in eight verses. The Key is simple Don’t Worry & Trust God. Why? Because God is good. God is faithful. God is in control. God loves you.
Keep on, keeping on there is victory for the people of God. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.
Check out the conclusion of this chapter.
Psalms 37:39-40 NKJV But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord ; He  is their strength in the time of trouble. And the Lord shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, And save them, Because they trust in Him.
